Position: Sales Representative

Location: New Jersey or Pennsylvania.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation:  Commission (Earn $60,000–$100,000+ annually)

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new leads through door-to-door sales, referrals, and inbound inquiries

• Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate estimates for exterior services

• Educate customers on roofing, siding, gutters, and renovation solutions

• Manage customer relationships from initial consultation to signed contract

• Coordinate with project managers to ensure a smooth installation process

• Follow up on all leads in a timely and professional manner

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous sales experience in construction or home improvement is a strong plus, but not required

• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset

• Quick to learn and adaptable to new tools, technologies, and systems

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a valuable asset
